Over the festive period, our buzzing brasseries and bars are filled with a great atmosphere – and plenty of Christmas cheer! So why not join the party and celebrate with your friends, family or colleagues at Jackson + Rye.

Alongside our standard A La Carte menus, our talents chefs have created two exclusive Christmas menus to bring you a true taste of New York dining with a festive twist.

Do you cater for dietary requirements, such as vegetarians and celiacs? 

Of course, the teams at our restaurants are always happy to assist to ensure that a dish is prepared to suit your requirements. Our menus offer a range of dishes that are either naturally suitable for vegetarians and gluten-free diets, or can be easily adapted.

Can I make a group booking for 7 or more people?

Yes of course! At Jackson + Rye we love a party, and will work with you to manage your booking of 7+ people to ensure everything is prepared beforehand. Just place your booking online and we’ll be in touch to confirm.

What’s the process for group bookings at Christmas?

First you’ll need to secure your booking. As Christmas is a very busy time for us, we ask for a credit card deposit hold of £10 per person at the time of booking. Your card details will be held securely and no charge will be made to secure your reservation, a charge will only be made in the event of a last minute cancellation.

Then we’ll ask you to pre-order from your choice of Christmas menu. This means you can relax and enjoy your day, whilst we can ensure we have full availability of dishes and your food is cooked to order. We require pre-orders to be submitted one week before your reservation.

We understand plans change, and will always make every effort to accommodate your changes and requests, but this does depend on availability. If the number of guests in your party changes we can adjust your booking up to 72 hours in advance of your reservation. But if you need to reduce your numbers, or cancel, within 72 hours of your reservation a £10 deposit per person will not be refunded.

Is a Service Charge included in the bill?

There is 12.5% optional service charge added to your bill at the end of the night.  Any service charge that you leave goes directly to benefit the staff in the restaurant who make your experience special. It is entirely your choice whether or not to pay this service charge, simply ask if you wish it to be removed.
